"I had an outstanding experience working with Christiana Lynn at State Farm to get my life insurance policy set up. From the beginning, she was professional, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I made the right decision. Life insurance isn’t something you want to rush or guess on, and Christiana treated it with the seriousness it deserves. She took the time to learn my situation, listen to what I wanted, and then walk me through the options in a way that actually made sense. What I appreciated most is that she did not try to push me into something just to make a sale. She explained the differences between policy types, what the coverage really does for your family, how the numbers work, and what to consider long term. She broke everything down clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood what I was choosing. I never felt confused, pressured, or brushed off. Instead, I felt guided and protected, which is exactly what you want when you are making decisions that impact your family’s future. Christiana was also extremely responsive. If I reached out, she got back to me quickly. If there was a step I needed to complete, she made it simple and kept the process moving. She stayed on top of details, communicated clearly, and handled everything with care from start to finish. That kind of follow through is rare these days.
