Thanks so much !!-------- UPDATED ON 3/12/26 - after Emily left my service has been a NIGHT MARE AND I FINALLY CANCELED MY POLICY TODAY & switched to progressive --- I have done business with multiple State Farm offices over the years, and this one is by far the worst experience I have had. The staff has consistently been rude and unprofessional, and there have been repeated issues with billing, including what appeared to be duplicate charges and inconsistent explanations. As of today, I have decided to move my policy elsewhere. I want to be clear that I have not had these kinds of problems with other State Farm offices nor with my previous agent Emily !this experience seems specific to this particular location and current staff. I attempted to address my concerns by speaking with a manager while Julie (new agent after emily left) was out of the office. Unfortunately, the conversation was disappointing from the start. The manager seemed irritated that he had to speak with me and was condescending when answering basic questions about my bill. Because of the way the situation was handled, I ultimately informed him that I would no longer be doing business with this office and have since obtained coverage through progressive for 1/2 the price for the same exact coverage.... I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution when considering this office."
